We have distribution points spread out throughout Australia allowing for speedy delivery wherever you might be.
Expected Delivery Times
We aim to get your portable air conditioner or other product to your door in the shortest possible time. On some occasions, this can be same or next day but most deliveries are done within 3 – 6 business days with some regional areas taking up to 10 business days. Additional delivery information is available on the individual product pages and you will be notified of further delivery details once your order is placed. Delivery Charges
Currently (as of 2018), almost all of our portable air conditioning units, fans & evaporative coolers include the delivery fee as part of the total cost. Items are delivered from Monday to Friday to all areas across Australia except some remote areas.
We use one of the most modern & advanced logistic systems available. Items are all dispatched�from the closest available distribution point to your location�and delivered ASAP with many orders delivered within 5 business days. The delivery driver will give you a courtesy call to confirm a suitable delivery time.
Payment Information
We have simplified our online ordering process and accept PayPal payments as our primary payment method.
- PayPal�– Australia’s preferred way to pay online. There is no need to have an account and payment methods include a number of credit cards along with direct debits from your bank account (if you have a verified account).
- Bank Transfer�– For bulk orders, or by other arrangement, you can transfer funds directly to our bank account.
